Blockbuster Mall

Blockbuster Mall is the largest shopping and entertainment centre in Ukraine, a car-oriented destination for families from the northern and central districts of Kyiv. The mall brings together more than 400 stores, the Galaxy family amusement park, a skate park and a climbing wall, as well as parking for 8,000 vehicles with direct access to the gallery.

Blockbuster Mall has the largest shelter in Ukraine certified by the State Emergency Service, designed to accommodate up to 30,000 people at once, which makes the mall one of the safest public spaces in the country.

It matters to us that Blockbuster Mall remains a comfortable space for veterans, people with disabilities and families of service members. At large-scale concerts, for example, we set up a separate area in front of the stage for guests who use wheelchairs, so that they can enjoy the performance comfortably and safely. We are carrying this experience over into the mall’s everyday operation, gradually adding relevant solutions – from convenient checkouts to spacious fitting rooms – into store refurbishment projects.

We also use our own media resources – the mall’s indoor and outdoor screens – as a platform to raise awareness of veteran rehabilitation and draw visitors’ attention to this important topic.
