KYIVKRAUT is a craft producer of fermented vegetables: kimchi, sauerkraut, pickled vegetables and naturally fermented drinks. Every product means natural fermentation, live cultures and distinctive flavours.

Hello! We are Illia Somin and Halia Dunai, and in 2019 we started a project making fermented foods. We built it with love, and we want it to be useful beyond supermarket shelves. That is why we are supporting Ukraine’s veterans: it is thanks to these people that we are able to keep working.
